About the Role

Solution Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of complex solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Provide expertise in developing scalable and sustainable solutions that align with business requirements. Platform Development: Design and develop advanced custom solutions, including complex workflows, business rules, and integrations, ensuring the use of best practices in ServiceNow development. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the ServiceNow development team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide and influence the technical direction of ServiceNow initiatives. Customisation and Configuration: Oversee the customisation and configuration of ServiceNow modules, ensuring they meet high standards of quality, performance, and security. Integration Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive integration strategy for ServiceNow, working closely with other IT teams to integrate ServiceNow with various enterprise systems and applications. 6. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of the ServiceNow platform. Implement best practices for system tuning, troubleshooting, and performance improvements

About You

Extensive experience with ServiceNow modules, scripting, workflows, and business rules. Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations with external systems. Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or equivalent certifications. Ownership for guiding and mentoring development teams. Understanding of Scrum Agile development process Demonstrative experience of delivering integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
