OneAdvanced uses ServiceNow across a number of key processes including Lead to Order, Project to Value, Order to Cash and Request to Resolve. The OneAdvanced IT Service Management team support the platform in service. The core elements are; platform, integration hub, ITSM and ITOM.



We are hiring a ServiceNow Developer to join our ServiceNow Centre of Excellence, working alongside an existing developer to accelerate platform maturity.


What You Will Do:

You'll play a key role in taking the ServiceNow platform forward, with responsibility across ongoing development, including:

Delivering intermediate to advanced ServiceNow development across ITSM, CSM and ITOM Enhancing a platform transitioning from MVP to a scalable, enterprise-grade solution Designing and deploying complex workflows, automation and catalogue items Developing and maintaining platform components such as Business Rules, ACLs, UI Actions, UI Policies, and scripting Supporting Customer Service and cross-functional teams across commercial, finance and services Working with integration teams to support data flows from systems including Salesforce, CRM and ERP platforms Managing deployments, releases, CAB activity and early-life support within a weekly delivery cycle Creating and maintaining technical documentation and configuration standards Monitoring platform performance and clearly communicating progress, risks and priorities Contributing to continuous improvement and ServiceNow best practice within the Centre of Excellence
What You Will Have:

Essential experience:

Proven ServiceNow development experience at mid-senior level Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow DevOps activities in a live, customer-facing environment Experience working in agile delivery environments Experience supporting ServiceNow integrated with multiple enterprise systems (e.g. Salesforce/CRM, NetSuite, ERP) Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform architecture Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
Certifications:

ServiceNow Administrator certification (required) ServiceNow Implementation Specialist - ITSM or CSM (required)
Nice to have:

Experience with Performance Analytics Reporting and dashboard development Exposure to ITOM and CMDB optimisation in low-maturity environments
