About the Role

We're currently seeking an experienced Service/Parts Advisor to join our friendly team. This is a mixed role - you'll be confident dealing with customers, booking jobs in, ordering parts, and be happy to help keep the day-to-day running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

Be a point of contact for customers - in person, by phone, and email. Book in vehicles for servicing, MOTs, and repairs. Provide accurate estimates and explain work required to customers (in a way that makes sense!). Liaising with suppliers and chasing orders Creating estimates, invoices, and taking payments Using our garage software to keep records up to date Keeping customers informed throughout the day Identify and order the correct parts for each job in a timely and cost-effective manner. Maintain stock levels and re-order regularly used items. Check deliveries for accuracy and quality. Return incorrect or faulty parts and manage warranty returns.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a garage or motor trade environment (essential). Good understanding of vehicle servicing and parts Confident talking to customers and explaining work clearly Organised, reliable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A team player - we all muck in when it gets busy! A full UK driving licence
