At Prestige Motor Company are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with scheduling service appointments
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues
- Provide recommendations for necessary repairs or maintenance based on customer concerns and vehicle inspections
- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles throughout the repair process
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty claims in a professional and timely manner
- Process payments for services rendered and handle cash transactions

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is required
- Strong mechanical knowledge or automotive background is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with automotive software systems
