Annual Salary:



Starting from 26,000-33,000 per annum, with an increase following a satisfactory 6-month probation period.

Working week:



Full time position, 9:00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday (some scope for flexibility following successful probation period).

Role:



We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic Administrator to join the admin team supporting customer services for training, rental and repair through our CMS and support ticketing systems. The administrator will be working exclusively from the Brentford office.

Position objectives:

Provide professional administrative and client support for customer services Co-ordinate delivery of training courses Maintain certification records of trained inspectors Support other client services areas from time to time Assist the shipping department when required
Key duties involve:

Assist in the managing of client services administration across client training operations, rental and repair. Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, CRM (Odoo) etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain records, spreadsheets and databases, as well as modern project management web-based platforms such as Mondays, ClickUp etc. Photocopying and printing various documents (promotional material, training material...), sometimes on behalf of other colleagues. Undertake any other general administrative duties as directed
Required attributes:

Excellent communication skills, as interaction with other professional and clients will take place on a regular basis Planning and organization skills - experience in event coordination and logistics The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team A logical and practical approach as well as ability to solve problems Time management and ability to prioritize workloads Attention to detail Self-motivated Computer competency and knowledge of online platforms and tools
Essential requirements:

You should have a significant previous work experience in a similar Administrative or equivalent role. You should have experience of providing strong, responsive customer-focused service. To excel in this post, you will have strong organisational skills, the ability to set and work to deadlines, and to adapt to changing priorities. You will also need excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a larger team. Working to procedures and record keeping.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 33,000.00 per year
