How You'll Make an Impact

Lead target costing efforts for the A20/A35/PT portfolio, ensuring products remain competitive Partner with product and strategy managers to identify and implement cost reduction opportunities Apply process improvement and design methodologies to analyse and enhance business processes, increasing efficiency and quality Develop documentation such as business requirements, process maps, and gap analyses to support process improvements Support quality assurance, compliance, and change management activities, including training materials for new processes

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 5 years' experience in product management, project/program management, supply chain, operations, or a support function Strong analytical and communication skills, with a track record of achieving business targets and collaborating across teams Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP, PLM, Prioneer, or PumaWeb is a plus Experience with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen) in a non-manufacturing environment is highly valued

About the Team

You'll report to the head of A35 New Units and work closely with the Product Lifecycle Team, influencing a wide range of functions through your expertise in cost management and process quality. The Gas Services division is committed to low-emission power generation, decarbonization, and modernisation, offering a collaborative environment where sharing best practices is encouraged. Your work will connect you with both AGT and non-AGT service organisations, and you'll play a key role in driving innovation and continuous improvement across the business.
