Priory Wellbeing Centre Harley Street

is looking to recruit a

CAMHS Therapist

to join the team

on a sessional and self-employed basis.





Hours for our sessional roles are flexible and will be scheduled according to the centre's requirements and your availability, for this requirement we are looking to cover approximately 8 sessions per week.



Located right in the heart of London's prestigious medical district, Priory Wellbeing Centre Harley Street is one of the UK's leading mental health clinics. We provide fast access to expert mental health support for a range of conditions, including depression, anxiety, stress, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), addictions and eating disorders. In addition, we offer private autism assessments for adults and children.

Key Responsibilities





You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patients wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

We are currently open to applicants who can offer CBT and/or Integrative therapy.



To work with Priory as a sessional therapist or psychologist, we ask that you ideally have a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience, and can demonstrate a good level of clinical experience in your chosen field. You will be able to demonstrate you are able to offer strong clinical judgement, excellent communication skills and able to adhere to good organisation and clinical governance; which will include the use of digital platforms, concise clinical notes and attending risk management meetings as required.

Accreditation with an approved professional body is required - which includes HCPC, UKCP, BABCP, BACP, NCPS (Senior Accreditation), BPC, ACAT, ACP (relevant to the type of modality you wish to offer).
