Moore House Group is a dynamic organisation offering a range of services to support the individual needs of children and young people as they move through their life journeys.


Our approach is firmly based on building positive, nurturing relationships using the principles of Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity and Empathy (PACE) and Dyadic Developmental Practice (DDP).


We are looking for Sessional Practitioners for our residential services across our organisation from a range of backgrounds, including residential care; health; community learning and development; social work; early learning and other related professions. We are interested in people who can bring a range of skills, experience and qualities that will impact on improving outcomes for our children and young people and contribute to our teams being able to provide high-quality residential services to our young people.


Our Sessional Practitioners work on an adhoc basis, covering a variety of shifts.

Sessional Practitioner Grade 1: (Unqualified: no qualifications) 12.22/hr


Sessional Practitioner Grade 2: (part-qualified: HNC or SVQ3) 12.46/hr


Sessional Practitioner Grade 3: (part-qualified: HND) 12.70/hr


Sessional Practitioner Grade 4: (part-qualified: Degree) 12.95/hr


Sessional Practitioner Grade 5: (Qualified: HNC and SVQ3) 13.86/hr


Sessional Practitioner Grade 6: (Qualified: HND and SVQ3) 14.13/hr


Sessional Practitioner Grade 7: (Qualified: Degree and SVQ3) 14.42/hr

Salaries noted exclude sleepover payments.
