An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Setter Maintainer to join our thriving UK medical manufacturing company to work within our expanding Engineering Department.
We are looking to recruit an Engineering Setter Maintainer to form a team of four Dual skill engineers and four Setter Maintainers on a rotating shift pattern. The role will require fault finding, machine cleaning, machine setting, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and installations, mechanically support breakdowns as and when required.
All work must be completed effectively, with machine downtime being kept to a minimum, and within target expectations whilst adhering to the latest Health and Safety Regulations and best practices.
Essential Experience/Qualifications:
Experience of automated production environment Machine setting Strong Health and safety knowledge Strong relationship building qualities Understanding of working in a controlled environment Ability to manage downtime and priorities Continuous Improvement mindset
Desirable Experience/Qualifications:
Injection Moulding Knowledge and understanding of quick changeover best practices

Hours of Work:
Rotating 24hour shift pattern 2 Days Working, 2 Days off, 2 Nights Working, 2 Days off 7:00am - 19:30pm and 19:00pm - 7:30am
