We are seeking an experienced
Setting Out Engineer
to join our project team on a120-bed care home development
. The role involves overseeinggroundworks and RC frame packages
, ensuring accurate setting out, quality assurance, and smooth delivery of works on site.Key Responsibilities:
Setting out for groundworks, drainage, foundations, and RC frame structures. Carrying out site surveys and maintaining accurate records. Working closely with site management, engineers, and subcontractors. Ensuring works are delivered in line with design drawings and specifications. Conducting quality checks and resolving technical queries. Maintaining strict health & safety and compliance standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Setting Out Engineer
on groundworks and RC frame projects. Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering (preferred). Proficiency withtotal station, GPS, and AutoCAD
. Strong knowledge of construction processes and quality control. Valid CSCS card; SSSTS/SMSTS desirable. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.What We Offer:
