We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects, ensuring that all engineering aspects are executed efficiently and effectively. This position requires a strong understanding of electrical systems and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to facilitate smooth project execution. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports on site activities and compliance with regulations. Assist in the planning and design phases of projects, providing technical input related to electrical systems. Ensure that all materials used meet quality standards and specifications. Implement effective solutions to any engineering challenges that arise during the construction process.

Skills

Proficient knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices is essential. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations within the construction industry and CSCS Card.
