Key Responsibilities:

Accurately setting out for groundworks, structures, and utilities Ensuring that all works are carried out in line with design specifications and quality standards Liaising with project managers, site agents, subcontractors, and designers Maintaining accurate site records and as-built drawings Providing technical support and resolving any on-site engineering issues
Requirements:

Proven experience in a setting out role on civil engineering or construction projects Proficiency with Leica / Trimble instruments and AutoCAD CSCS card (required) SMSTS or SSSTS (preferred) Strong communication and organisational skills Relevant engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree)
