About the Role

A manufacturing facility in

Tredegar

is currently seeking experienced

Sewing Machinists

to join their production team. This is a great opportunity for individuals confident using industrial sewing machines and motivated by performance-based earnings.

The position is paid on a

piece-rate basis

, ensuring at least the

National Minimum Wage

, with potential to earn significantly more depending on output.

Key Responsibilities

Operate overlock and/or flatbed sewing machines Meet daily production targets while maintaining product quality Follow health and safety protocols Work efficiently as part of a team Support occasional overtime as required

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm Friday: 8:00am - 1:30pm Occasional overtime may be needed

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Experience using overlock and/or flatbed industrial sewing machines Ability to work independently and meet targets Good attention to detail and consistency

Preferred:

1 year of experience in a similar industrial sewing or machinist role
