Berkeley Green UTC is seeking to appoint a confident, trustworthy and flexible Cover Supervisor and Student Support Assistant to join our friendly, enthusiastic and dedicated team.

Salary: SGSAT Pay Scale up to 28,163 pro-rated



Contract Term: Permanent: 0.6 FTE, term-time only (39 weeks).



Berkeley Green UTC is seeking to appoint a confident, trustworthy and flexible Cover Supervisor and Student Support Assistant to join our friendly, enthusiastic and dedicated team.



The role will include:


To deliver high quality supervision and support for students within lessons To work with students and parents/carers to identify barriers which are preventing them from displaying the UTC values and support students development. To support the academic, social, moral and cultural development of students through the tutor role and to fully participate in the UTC enrichment programme.


Berkeley Green UTC opened in September 2017 with outstanding facilities, in a state-of-the-art building. We provide specialist, high quality technical and academic education for 14-19 students with a strong interest in Engineering and Digital Technologies including Cyber Security. Although we are a specialist centre, English and Maths are very much the foundations on which all else rests. Developing learners who are confident, fluent and creative is a priority for us.
