You're in luck! We're now on the lookout for a friendly, efficient and reliable new colleague to join our amazing Shared Lives team in North Lanarkshire as a Administrator on a part time (16 hours per week) permanent basis.
As the Administration Assistant, your role involves providing high quality administrative support to our Shared Lives Assessor. The main purpose of this role is to provide a customer focussed high quality admin service while supporting our Shared Lives carers and they come on board.

About You
What we'll need you to bring: -
Experience in providing administrative support in a customer-facing role
Confidence in the use of Microsoft packages (including Outlook, Word and Excel)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to prioritise your workload and work independently
Great problem-solving skills with a positive can do attitude and approach
Excellent attention to detail
Confidence to communicate with colleagues, customers and stakeholders at all levels
Shift Patterns
This a part time role consisting of 16 hours per week. Although this role will be predominantly home based, you will be expected to attend our office in North Lanarkshire for meetings when necessary, therefore you must be based in North Lanarkshire or the surrounding areas.
