Job Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Shared Services team as a Shared Services Administrator on a temporary one-month assignment. This role is ideal for an organised and detail-focused individual who can provide accurate and efficient administrative support in a busy, collaborative environment.
Job Overview
Manage the Shared Services inbox, routing queries to the appropriate teams
Provide first-line support for HR system queries and basic troubleshooting
Maintain accurate employee records and upload documents to the HR portal
Process new starters and leavers, ensuring documentation and system updates are completed
Manage the Shared Services phone line and redirect calls as required
Update trackers, templates, and documentation to support process improvements
Assist with testing and provide feedback during system upgrades or process changes
Help identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement activities
Maintain accurate records to support data-driven decision-making
Minimum Criteria To Apply
Proven administrative experience, ideally within HR, Shared Services, or a similar support function
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record management
Confident user of HR systems and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle inbox and phone queries effectively
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
A problem-solving approach with a willingness to support continuous improvement
Flexibility and adaptability to support system updates and changes to processes
Package
12.50 per hour
3-Month Fixed-Term Contract
