Network Rail is looking for a Shared Services Administrator to join our dedicated Billing Team in Manchester in a part time (17hours per week) position.Please note: this interview process will consist of two stages (a first-stage Microsoft Teams call followed by a second-stage face-to-face competency interview).About the role (External)This is a part time (17hrs per week) office-based role in Manchester City Centre, a part of the Billings Team. This team are responsible for processing invoices and payments (cheques, BACS, CHAPS, card payments and direct debits) using two separate systems (Oracle and Horizon) you will also process refunds and credit notes. You'll need to check all payments, allocate cash and undertake reconciliations. You will check all the data you receive to ensure it's accurate, highlighting and rectifying any issues.
