An experienced Assistant General Manager is required to lead and grow Wincanton's business on one of its key accounts. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a key strategic customer base, involving multiple management of contracts on a multi-user site.
Reporting to the General Manger, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a safe, efficient and successful operation, whilst managing significant change within the business, with key stakeholders, and our on-site customers, leading and developing the Wincanton contract teams, and growth into new areas of the customer's business whilst driving excellence through a Lean CI model.
This role requires a natural leader, someone who has an ability to engage with all stakeholders and an ability to successfully implement change. This is an excellent opportunity to work in partnership with a multi-user customer base and support established and talented contract teams.
