Currently, we are seeking an experienced
ShareDo Systems Architect to assist with driving our new
implementation forward.



In this pivotal role, you will be
responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining the
ShareDo case management platform, ensuring it seamlessly
integrates with business processes and other systems.



Working closely with stakeholders across
the business, you play a key role in shaping solutions that meet
both the operational and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities:

System design and architecture:

Develop and maintain a scalable architecture for the ShareDo platform aligned with business needs and best practices.

Implementation and integration:

Lead the deployment of ShareDo, including integrations with document management, practice management and 3rd party applications.

Customisation and Configuration:

Configure and customise the platform to deliver tailored workflows, case structures and user interfaces.

Collaboration:

Work closely with project managers, business analysts and stakeholders providing technical leadership.

Support and maintenance:

Deliver ongoing platform support, troubleshooting issues, implementing updates and ensuring system optimization.



Skills and
Qualifications


Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of the ShareDo platform.
Integration skills: Experience integrating ShareDo with systems such as Netdocuments, Formevo and Aderant.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Team collaboration: Comfortable working in cross-functional teams, with a willingness to mentor and support junior colleagues.

Experience

Extensive experience working as a systems architect specifically for the Sharedo platform. Proven track record of building integrations between Sharedo and 3rd party applications such as Legl, PerfectPortal, NetDocuments, and FormEvo. Strong background in configuring and extending Sharedo core modules including case management, document management, and practice management functionalities. Hands-on experience with API development and integration, including troubleshooting and optimising connected systems.
