About You:

We're looking for someone who is:

Able to work efficiently in a busy environment. An excellent communicator, both written and verbal. Highly motivated and driven to succeed. Capable of managing their workload independently. A car owner with a valid driving license. Experienced in the workplace (5+ years). Genuinely interested in property. Familiar with account/bookkeeping (preferred but not essential).

Your Role:

Your responsibilities will include:

Processing rental & shared ownership applications. Carrying out Viewings and regular inspections on properties within 1 hour of Bury St Edmunds Managing maintenance orders for residential lettings. Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors. Conducting check-out and inventory reports. Taking property photos and creating floor plans. Booking annual safety assessments for managed properties.

Working Hours:

5 days a week: Monday to Saturday (with a day off in the week) Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm Saturday: 9:00am - 4:00pm
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 20,000.00-25,000.00 per year
