Fabrication Worker - Ductwork Manufacturing
Location: Herne Bay

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Fabrication Worker to join our team producing high-quality ductwork for commercial and industrial projects. The right person takes pride in precise, hands-on work and is comfortable in a fast-paced workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate and assemble sheet metal ductwork to specification
Operate standard fabrication equipment such as shears, plasma cutting, and presses
Read and interpret technical drawings
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Work with the team to meet production deadlines
Requirements:
Experience in sheet metal fabrication or ductwork manufacturing
Ability to read drawings and measure accurately
Good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
Commitment to safety and quality
