About the Role

Clad4orm is seeking an

experienced, time-served Sheet Metal Worker / Fabricator

to join our skilled manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role for a competent fabricator with

a minimum of 5 years' experience

producing bespoke sheet-metal components to a high standard.

The role will be

primarily focused on light-gauge cladding products

, working on a wide range of bespoke items used in commercial and industrial applications within the roofing and cladding industry. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, accuracy, and high-quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacture

bespoke louvres

in a variety of sizes, depths, and designs Produce

bullnose flashings

and other non-standard architectural trims

Fabricate bespoke corners

, cutting, fixing, and riveting sheet metal to form pre-formed corner units

Produce bespoke downpipes

by cutting, folding, and fabricating thin-gauge sheet metal Work confidently from engineering/technical drawings Operate sheet-metal machinery and fabrication tools safely and efficiently Ensure high-quality, accurate workmanship on all finished products Work independently and manage jobs from start to finish Contribute to a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment Carry out other bespoke fabrication tasks as required, using a variety of materials and finishes

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has

at least 5 years' sheet-metal fabrication experience

Has welding experience Is time-served or formally trained in sheet metal/fabrication Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in their work Can problem-solve and adapt fabrication methods when required Works well independently and as part of a team Understands the importance of quality, accuracy, and deadlines

Working Hours

This role is advertised as a minimum of 30 hours per week, as we would be interested in speaking with candidates who are interested in a part time position. However, this role is also available as a full time role, with minimum hours of 42.5 per week.
