Sheet Metal Worker/fabricator
Job Description
Scotia Security Group designs, manufactures and installs physical and electronic security products for the Banking and ATM industries.
We are looking to fill a Sheet Metal Worker/Fabricator position based within our HQ in Loanhead Edinburgh. As a production operative you will assist with a broad range of tasks mainly within our Manufacturing department.
Candidates should
Be highly organised, with the ability to plan tasks and time effectively
Have a thorough and methodical approach to completing tasks
Display a strong sense of initiative and self motivation
Be trustworthy and reliable
Be presentable and personable, a good team member
Practical, able to produce consistent high-quality work taking pride in what you do
Experience within an manufacturing industry with knowledge in some or all of the following areas would be advantageous:
Manufacturing
CNC Laser
CNC Pressbrake (operating and setting)
MIG/TIG Welding & Fabrication
General Hand Tools
Ability to understand and use standard measuring equipment
Ability to read and work to engineering drawings
Requirements:
Driver's License
