Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cladder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and be proficient in a variety of building techniques. As a Cladder, you will be responsible for installing and repairing cladding materials on buildings, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and structural integrity. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work at heights. Will be required to work away from home at times and extra money will be provided for that.

Duties

Install cladding materials according to specifications and schematics Conduct repairs and maintenance on existing cladding systems Utilise hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and fitting materials Perform heavy lifting as required during installation processes Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment at all times Assist in the fabrication of custom cladding solutions when necessary Maintain an organised work area, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly

Skills

Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in construction Familiarity with roofing systems and installation methods Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively CSCS Card required Full driving licence preferable
