DPL Group are looking to expand the SHEQ team due to ongoing growth, and therefore, seeking a SHEQ Advisor to join the team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting all aspects of SHEQ function to ensure ongoing compliance.

The role offers diversity across the building and engineering services including construction, refrigeration, facilities management, M&E, fire & security.

You'll be working across operational sites in East Anglia and the South of England to ensure the successful local delivery and implementation of the company Health & Safety strategy.

The Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Advisor will be responsible for:

Supporting delivery teams to implement group health & safety procedures. Providing health & safety coaching for all levels of operational teams. Assisting in the compilation of health & safety management arrangements to ensure retention of ISO accreditation. Undertake H&S inspections and audits

The Health & Safety Advisor will have:

Proven experience in a SHEQ Advisor role with at least 2 years' experience. NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent. Ideally with or working towards the NEBOSH Diploma. Health & safety experience in construction, and Facilities Management (would be advantageous) Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and promote positive SHEQ Culture.
