About the Role: SHEQ Manager

Haith Group Ltd is looking for a committed SHEQ Manager to champion our dedication to excellence in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality. This role also spearheads the integration of AI technologies to advance SHEQ performance and elevate our ISO 9001 management system
Key Responsibilities
Develop training programmes, strategies and processes to improve the company's Health & Safety, Environment, Quality and corporate responsibility performance.
Lead the continuous development, implementation, and maintenance of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with international standards and internal quality requirements.
Lead training programs to foster a culture of safety among all employees.
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE management systems.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with local and national regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives related to HSE.
Analyse and communicate incident reports and KPI's for safety performance metrics, providing actionable insights to prevent future occurrences.
Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and maintain all necessary documentation.
Qualifications:
Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field is desirable.
Proven experience in HSE management within a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and best practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent HSE qualification is highly desirable.
Six Sigma or equivalent qualification is highly desirable
