The role will support the SHEQ Department to develop, maintain and continually improve Integra Buildings Integrated Management System across Quality, Environment and Health and Safety. The postholder will act as a trusted partner to operational teams, translating standards into clear ways of working, providing coaching and practical support, and using data to drive performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities include:
IMS Maintenance and Control, keeping policies, procedures and forms current
Compliance Management, maintaining legal registers and compliance calendars; monitoring changes in legislation
Audit Coordination
KPI's and Reporting
Bid and Client Support, providing evidence for tenders/PQQs
We are looking for someone with strong auditing skills and experience. Experience with Quality Control Plans and has a collaborative and team focused approach. Strong problem solving and excellent communication skills are essential.
