About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and skilled
Maintenance Engineer
to join our team and ensure our production equipment runs safely, efficiently, and reliably. You'll play a key role in diagnosing faults, carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a safe working environment and follow all Health & Safety procedures, including correct PPE usage.

Perform fault diagnosis and resolution to minimise downtime and optimise equipment performance.
Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and suggest improvements to enhance reliability.
Ensure compliance with accredited body standards and company procedures.
Document spare parts usage and communicate requirements effectively.
Use technical documentation (manuals, schematics) to support maintenance tasks.
Support equipment installations, relocations, and service provision.
Communicate effectively with managers and supervisors regarding priorities and issues.
Participate in training to enhance skills and contribute to team development.
Maintain high housekeeping standards during all maintenance activities.
Raise concerns and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Carry out all reasonable management requests in line with company and legislative requirements.

Proven experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
