Personnel Selection are pleased to be working with this established and well-respected Andover based business, who are recruiting for a Shift Leader to work on a full time and permanent basis.

The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 1.15pm-11pm.

The purpose of the role is to provide effective leadership and direction to production teams, in order to achieve operational targets and objectives.

You will support the Production Manager to deliver on customer demand, meeting cost, quality, and productivity targets as a minimum and exceeding where possible.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a managerial role within manufacturing/distribution/logistics environment and will have a good understanding of the continuous improvement process.

We are looking for an IT Literate individual, with the ability to plan and organise projects and workloads effectively.

A solid background in adhering to H&S principles and procedures is required, alongside the ability to interpret and provide data reports.
