We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the culinary arts, ensuring that our kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Supervise staff and coordinate daily activities to ensure efficient food preparation and production.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
Assist in training new team members in culinary techniques, food preparation, and safety protocols.
Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
Foster a positive team environment by encouraging collaboration and effective communication among staff.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and promptness.
Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and functioning optimally.
Experience
Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is essential, with a focus on food preparation and production.
Proven leadership skills with experience in team management within the hospitality sector, including hotels or restaurants.
Familiarity with culinary techniques and food safety regulations is required.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate a diverse team.
