We're looking for a friendly, hands-on Shift Leader to join the team at Jute Cafe Bar. If you know your way around a busy bar and restaurant, love working with people, and can keep things running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you!

What you'll be doing:

Leading shifts and keeping the team motivated.

Making sure every guest gets great service and a warm Jute welcome.

Helping with the day-to-day bits -- cashing up, stock checks, and opening/closing.

Jumping in where needed to keep things flowing on busy shifts.

What we're after:

Some bar/restaurant or team leader experience.

A confident, approachable personality and a "can-do" attitude.

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, buzzing environment.

A genuine passion for good food, drinks, and customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
