We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the hospitality industry, with a focus on food preparation and service. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in supervising daily operations, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
Duties
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
Lead and motivate team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
Manage food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standard.
Maintain food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Assist in training new staff members on kitchen procedures, food production techniques, and service standards.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential.
Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management and staff supervision.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both staff and customers.

Pay: 14.00-16.00 per hour
