About the Role

We are a fast-growing food brand looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor / Shift Leader to oversee daily operations within our food production warehouse. You will lead a small team, ensure smooth workflow during your shift, and maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise warehouse and production staff during mixed shifts Support with food preparation tasks (e.g., mixing, filling, packing) Ensure all products meet food safety and quality standards Oversee order packing for TikTok Shop, Amazon, and wholesale Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment Help manage inventory levels and restocking of ingredients Train new team members and ensure they follow correct procedures Report any issues to management and help improve daily operations

Requirements

Experience supervising or managing people (essential) Experience in a food production, kitchen, or warehouse environment Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work on mixed shifts and adapt to a fast-paced schedule Good understanding of hygiene, safety and food handling standards Reliable, organised, and able to take initiative

Preferred (but not required)

Food hygiene certification Experience with filling/labelling machinery Basic computer skills for inventory and order systems

Pay: 12.48-15.14 per hour
