About the role

Reporting to the General Manager you will be working as a Shift Manager involved in all the daily operations for your restaurant. Your key duties will include the following:

What we're looking for

A keen interest in Greek Food Proven track record of maintaining a high level of sales. Experience in managing a medium-sized team. Fluency in English Experience working in Food Preparation Experience managing stock levels and ordering. Experience with HACCP and food safety procedures Experience using delivery platforms and analysing delivery reporting systems.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of the shift operations Support the General Manager in all daily operations. Ensure efficient and smooth operation of the kitchen and food production - Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking techniques - Monitor food quality, presentation, and adherence to food safety standards - Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational procedures Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that arise - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
