Shift Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Shift Manager at our Bedford restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will lead the operations during assigned shifts, ensuring a smooth work flow, quality service and a safe clean environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee shift operations, staff deployment, and break scheduling.
??Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and product quality.
??Train, coach, and support team members.
??Resolve customer concerns and uphold service standards.
??Complete basic shift documentation and support daily operations.
Qualifications:
??Strong leadership and communication.
??Ability to manage a fast-paced environment.
??Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
??Good organisational and teamwork abilities.
Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From 14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
