Job Description

We are seeking a

confident, reliable, and experienced Shift Leader

to oversee daily operations in our

fast-paced quick-service restaurant

in

Moseley

.

This role is ideal for someone who can lead from the front, and maintain high standards across service, food quality, and team performance. You will play a key role in delivering an excellent guest experience while supporting and developing your team.

There is a

clear pathway for progression to Store Manager

for the right candidate, following a successful probation period and demonstrated performance.

Key Responsibilities

Run restaurant shifts independently, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations Lead, motivate, and support the team during service Ensure full compliance with company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards Oversee food preparation and service to maintain quality and consistency Manage staff deployment during shifts to maximise efficiency Monitor stock levels, support inventory control, and flag ordering requirements Resolve customer queries or complaints professionally and promptly Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment Communicate effectively with management regarding performance, issues, and improvements

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a

Shift Leader, Supervisor, or similar role

in a restaurant or QSR environment Strong understanding of food preparation, kitchen operations, and service flow Proven ability to

lead a shift on your own

Excellent leadership and people-management skills Strong customer service focus with confident communication Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards Ability to stay calm, organised, and detail-focused in a fast-paced environment
