Are you a confident leader with strong logistics experience? As a Warehouse Shift Leader, you'll guide your team, manage workflows, and help improve processes to keep warehouse operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities



Lead and support your team and team leaders to meet daily and weekly targets Manage work schedules and monitor team performance using key data Ensure all tools and systems needed for smooth operations are in place and working Identify and implement improvements to processes and team cooperation Maintain order, safety, and care for materials and equipment Foster a positive, motivated, and professional work environment

Requirements



Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar leadership role within logistics or warehousing Proven ability to coordinate employees and workflow to meet customer schedules Strong team management and communication skills Commitment to health & safety and problem-solving mindset Availability to work flexible shifts
