As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant or hotel. Your main duties will include:
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of the staff during your shift
- Ensuring that all kitchen and dining areas are clean and well-maintained
- Assisting with cooking and food preparation as needed
- Providing exceptional hospitality and customer service to guests
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as necessary
- Handling cash transactions and ensuring accurate cash handling procedures
- Resolving customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Training new employees and providing ongoing coaching to the team

- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting
