We're looking for a motivated and reliable Bar Shift Manager to join our team and help maintain the high standards our club is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise bar operations during shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service Lead and support bar staff, providing guidance and training where needed Manage cellar operations, including stock rotation, cleaning Monitor and manage stock levels, placing orders as required Maintain excellent customer service and handle any issues professionally Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and club policies Assist with cash handling, till operation, and end-of-shift reporting Work busy match days, ensuring bar runs efficiently during peak times
Requirements:

Previous experience in bar management preferred Knowledge and experience of cellar management essential Strong leadership and communication skills Must be available to work weekends, especially busy match days Understanding of licensing laws and health & safety practices Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented attitude
