We are looking to recruit a hands-on Team Leader to oversee shift by shift operations and managing a team of approximately 10 staff.
You must be confident to be left to run the restaurant as if it was your own business, and to coach a team that can support you in the successful and efficient running of the shift.
The restaurant's opening hours will be: 11:00 - 23:00 Monday to Sunday. Morning staff will be scheduled from 09:30 to set up for opening. Closing staff will be scheduled until 23:30
for closing tasks.
