Your day-to-day will include:

Leading the team during shifts to deliver great food and service
Running daily pre-shift briefings and setting clear priorities
Motivating, coaching, and training team members
Managing food safety, health & safety, and audit standards
Being accountable for the smooth running of your shift

What we're looking for:

A lead-from-the-front attitude with a fun, vibrant work ethic
Previous management or supervisory experience
Confidence with compliance and safety standards
