JOB SUMMARY:

As a shift Manager / Supervisor you will be a vital in leading our team and ensuring exceptional service for our guests. You will oversee the smooth running of the floor, manage staff, and ensure that guests have a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience that leaves them wanting to return

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to provide outstanding customer service Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and accurate service Assist with training and development of team members to maintain high service standards Foster a positive and collaborative working environment Handle guest feedback with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach. Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations. Support management with administrative tasks and performance tracking.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU

:

Previous experience in a supervisory or senior waiter role - 1 year experience or more Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to lead by example Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment A passion for food, beverages, and creating memorable guest experiences An approachable, energetic personality with excellent communication skills A team-oriented mindset with the ability to inspire and support colleagues
