Are you looking for a new challenge and next step in your career? We are currently looking for a Shift Manager to join our Team in Lutterworth, Leicestershire until 31st December, 2025 as a fixed term contract. Monday - Friday, 16:00 - 00:00 (with support at weekends during peak periods) with a salary 34,000 - 39,000 depending on experience.



Function


============



To be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient working of a number of teams over the course of a shift, across all activities related to Client Order Fulfilment.


Key tasks




To ensure the right resources are available to successfully complete all tasks related the fulfilment processes, i.e. people, equipment, consumables etc

To ensure the right processes are in place and adhered to, to maximise efficiency and exceed client expectations in terms of quality and accuracy

To set and meet high standards in terms of hygiene and Health and Safety, managing breaches in line with Company policy

To set and meet stretching KPIs to maximise profitability

To build meaningful relationships with the Clients

To proactively identify problems and resolve these problems with minimum disruption to service
