Full Time

Progression Opportunities:

You will have the opportunity to progress to Assistant Manager level within Loaf.

The Role:

We're looking for a Shift Manager who understands the power of genuine hospitality and fresh, quality food to brighten someone's day. As a dedicated and proactive Shift Manager, you'll support your General and Assistant Managers in various leadership tasks, acting as the essential link between the floor team and management. Collaborating closely with them, you'll help maintain high standards, drive efficiency, and cultivate a positive, motivated team environment. Areas of Responsibility:

Managing Shifts

Managing Food Safety and Health & Safety compliance

Support in training and coaching the floor team

Assisting in training junior members of the team

Constant improvement to the service and the restaurant's performance
