Lineage are the world's largest provider of temperature-controlled logistics.


At our Belle Eau Park facility in Bilsthorpe - Nottinghamshire, we supply food products to help keep schools, hospitals and restaurants stocked and supplied with food and drinks.


To support increasing customer demand, we are currently seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager to supervise the Chilled Store operation, as well as working with leadership to make sure our company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met.

Shift Pattern Available

Sunday - Thursday, working 22:00-06:00

The role

In this role you will:

Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness Manage safety and compliance within the warehouse and across site Manage operational procedures to include the incoming and outgoing shipments, handle the organisation of merchandise, and maintain warehouse inventory Plan production schedules and resource allocation for completion of job assignments while keeping time and production records Track and send reports to designated management Track warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure availability of products Ensure accidents are investigated according to the company's accident investigation procedures Assist with resolving employee concerns and maintain open lines of communication with all levels of the organisation

Who we're looking for:

Someone who has previous experience within a similar warehouse management or supervisory position Someone who has worked with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) You to be able to communicate clearly with other team members in English Due to limited public transport, you must either have a car or be able to cycle or walk to NG22 8TX
