Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Fast Food Shift Manager to oversee daily operations within a busy fast food establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for food service, and a comprehensive understanding of food safety and kitchen management. What You'll Be Doing

Leading shifts and supporting the team to deliver excellent service Running the shop floor smoothly during busy periods Coaching, motivating, and developing team members Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness Handling cash, stock control, and opening/closing procedures Dealing confidently with customers and resolving issues professionally Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards Manage team members, including scheduling, training, and motivating staff to deliver exceptional service Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally Implement health and safety procedures across the premises Assist in the development of menu items and promotional activities to attract customers Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and dining areas

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a

fast-food, restaurant, or retail leadership role

(Shift Leader / Supervisor / Assistant Manager) A capable person who comes adapts flexibility in shifts Strong communication and people-management skills Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure A hands-on leader who leads by example Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
