ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a

Shift Manager

to help lead our front-of-house team and ensure each day runs smoothly. You'll be a key part of daily operations, maintaining our high standards, supporting the team, and ensuring every guest feels genuinely welcomed and looked after.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who loves hospitality, thrives in a team setting, and leads by example.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience in a similar hospitality or cafe setting, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role. Confident with speciality drinks (or keen to learn), with high standards of presentation and taste. Naturally warm and people-focused -- able to make guests feel seen and cared for. Calm under pressure, organised and proactive in keeping service running smoothly. A team player who supports and motivates others, leading with kindness and consistency. Strong attention to detail -- from service flow to maintaining a clean and beautiful space. Comfortable with basic admin tasks such as till reconciliation, ordering, and opening/closing procedures

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead shifts with confidence and care, ensuring a smooth and positive service experience Make and serve great coffee, food, and drinks to the highest standard Support, guide and motivate team members during service Be the go-to point of contact during your shifts, solving problems calmly as they arise Ensure the space stays clean, calm and beautifully presented Uphold our values of quality, community, and wellbeing in every interaction Counter cook our open toasts
