Humdinger is seeking an experienced and driven Shift Manager to join our team at the Bromborough site. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in FMCG, people management and continuous improvement to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment. As a Shift Manager at Humdinger, you will manage all aspects of your shift in relation to performance, standards, health & safety, food safety & quality, continuous improvement and people management.



Position type: Full time, permanent
Hours: 40 per week, over Monday-Friday (no weekends)
Shift Pattern: 3-week rotating shifts (AM, PM, Nights)
Pay range: 44,211 per annum


Responsibilities:
Leading a team of around 30 operators and 2 Supervisors across processing and packing during your shift Managing day-to-day operations including shift handovers, KPI's, and labour planning Driving performance and ensuring output targets and labour variances are met Leading and delivering improvement projects to remove bottlenecks and boost efficiency Promote a culture of continuous improvement using lean tools and methodologies Championing high standards of GMP, food safety, and health & safety Supporting the development and training of team members

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar Shift Manager or Production Manager role Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams Demonstrated success in delivering improvement projects and driving operational efficiency CI/Lean Six Sigma training or experience (preferred) Background in FMCG or food manufacturing (preferred) A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
