The Role

As Shift Manager, you'll lead from the front -- supporting your team, setting standards, and creating a positive, well-run shift. You'll have real ownership of your area and the opportunity to develop both people and yourself in a business that values strong leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and support operatives across your shift. Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and quality. Plan and delegate work effectively, ensuring smooth shift operation. Ensure accurate completion of production and quality paperwork. Drive engagement, accountability, and pride within the team. Support training, development, and sign-off of team members. Deliver clear and effective handovers between shifts. Lead by example, setting the tone for professionalism and teamwork.

What We're Looking For

Experience leading teams in a manufacturing or FMCG environment. A people-focused leader who enjoys developing others. Strong communication skills and confidence on the shop floor. A calm, organised approach with great attention to detail. Someone looking for a long-term role with progression.
