We are expanding to Altrincham and we are in search of a shift supervisor to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background leading a team and food safety, with a passion for delivering exceptional service. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees and supporting the management team.

This role is pivotal in supporting the store and overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of food production, maintaining a welcoming environment for both guests and staff and coaching the team to perform at their best.

Responsibilities

Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among staff members. Handle inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. Oversee daily operations to maintain quality, speed, and service. Provide coaching and feedback to staff through training and performance support Handle stock ordering, deliveries, and loss?control tasks. Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, allergens, and health & safety policies. Deliver warm, efficient customer service; resolve issues professionally. Help plan and manage weekly schedules, break rotas, and shift handovers.

Requirements

Proven experience within the hospitality industry. Experience in food preparation and production. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. Previous experience in bartending is advantageous but not essential. A passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
